How to Register on the HC Portal

On the Healthcare Community Home Page, click Register at the top of the page.

2. Complete the form making sure you fill in all the required fields as indicated by an asterisk (*).  Other fields are optional but may help customize your user experience.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Register.  You will then receive a confirmation e-mail from Webmaster@Healthcarecommunities.org with a link to continue the registration process.  Follow the link provided in the e-mail. If you do not receive an email, please check your Spam/Junk mail folders. If you still haven't received it, please contact us via the help desk and we will assist you.

4. Once you follow the link in your confirmation email, you will be taken to the Healthcare Communities Website and you will be able to Login with the username (email address) and password you specified during registration.
