How to Register on the HC Portal

1. On the Healthcare Community home page, click Register

 

2. Complete the form making sure you fill in all the required fields as indicated by the *.  Add any additional information you wish to supply.

 

3. Click Register.  You will receive an e-mail from Webmaster@Healthcarecommunities.org with a link to continue the registration process.  Follow the link provided in the e-mail. If you don't see the email, please check your SPAM/Junk mail folders. If you still haven't received it, please contact us via the help desk and we will assist you.

4. Once you follow the link in your confirmation email, you will be taken to the Healthcare Communities Website and you can now Login with the username (email address) and password you specified during registration.
